Lighting Your Candle 

It may take couple of goes to light your wood wick candle. Ensure the whole wick is alight before moving the lighter, this may take up to 10 seconds. 

Burn Time

Have you ever noticed your Candle tunnel where it sinks before reaching the edge? 

Here's a tip - To prevent tunneling and create a candle memory, the first time you light your candle let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the glass. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Trim Wick Before Every Use 

Always trim the wick before relighting. Trimming the wick will help your candle stay alight, burn evenly and longer. Trim by pinching the charcoal off the wick with a tissue. Keep The Burn Pool Clean

If you get any black at the rim of your glass simply wipe it away with a damp cloth, this may be a sign that your wick is too long.
